Aged eBay account, new PayPal account

I just bought a aged eBay account from my friend, can I Delete/unlink his PayPal account and make a new PayPal account For it Without the PayPal account being suspended?

1. Aged designation is only relevant if activity has been on it since creation - otherwise, it is considered new.

2. You might not be suspended but then again, the link will exist so you might be suspended. Never know when but ppl have done that - various posts throughout the forum about this
