I have question about multiple accounts

I have opened an account and bypassed the first Suspend and all is fine ...
Can I create a second account from the same IP and transfer the first account to another IP?

You have done the hard work, no need to change the IP. Keep everything separate.

I have heard that you can open multiple accounts from the same IP, but if done
* one of them suspended should not enter the other accounts

If one suspended the other accounts opened on the same ip and with the same info/same payment method will got linked to that account and that can lead those accounts be suspended too

if you have a Dynamic type of IPs you can open another ebay accounts from same ip if you change all informations " EVERYTHING " including zip code / name / physical adress / phone number ... , but it's preferable to do new IP because once ebay see you lot of accounts open in a same IP even if you pass the first suspension they will suspend you again after 24h-48h even if you do anything automaticly
