It's 4:40am now, west coast USA, ebay automatic payments not working?

just created an account, paypal took my vcc but ebay didn't. I tried connecting paypal as a form of automatic payment, it showed an error message but when I went to paypal, it shows that it has allowed ebay for payments. Just wondering if it's a glitch at this moment.

It's working with new accounts now so try it with a new account. The problem no longer affects accounts made after it was fixed but it still affects any accounts that already experienced it.
