Trying to buy ebay stealth but keep getting declined

Is anyone else having this problem ?... I tried with multiple cards that I have, all of them work but it gets declined only on this site. I even tried a family members cards with their info and that got declined also

Check with the admins of this forum, idk why but they seem they are not interested on selling the stealth eBook they didn't even reply to my thread yet about buying the stealth eBay eBook.
