Ebay suspension, they wont reinstate
 

1. Created seller account for my LLC recently.

2. Listed a textbook item for sale

3. Next day account suspended

4. Today I called eBay. They tell me verbatim: "Your account wont pull up a list of questions for me to ask you, therefore this account cant be reinstated."

5. Called Ebay again with a new rep: "They conducted a verification of your account and it failed and its indefinitely suspended"

What can I do here?

Notes:

*I have a personal seller account. Several years old. Perfect health.

*Ive never been suspended on Ebay.

the only option I get is to email, call option is not available, can you please share the phone number?

The same message i get for my old and new accounts after they get linked unfortunately this is permanent ban from selling on eBay as many people told me especially if the account was new.
Be careful to get your old account linked with the same info or the same paypal account or it will get the same restriction from selling on eBay.
