Ebay wants to do Live Chat with me HELP!

I was selling low price items on stealth account to increase my feedback and now ebay wants to do live chat before i sell more.They say we think somebody might be using your account?Should i change my ip before i do the live chat, any help please?

your probably a beginner its a normal procedure....i noticed new accounts at this time of the year have trouble because the season is coming up... but just have all your info up and tell them what they want to know...you dont need to change your ip if its not banned..

Thank for the reply, i live chat with them and they just check my account and said ok you're good to go.phew that was easy.
