I see that UK eBay accounts are so special i find out that some sellers open new accounts and start selling digital goods after a day or two from creating their accounts without get the first suspension or anything, and how did they get off the selling limits in less than 2 days?! is there secret here i'm missing? is UK accounts this powerful?

They are new accounts like this seller i'm talking about he has created his account literally in 14/05/2020 and the new icon membership is on his profile.
He has now 10 listings with exactly 20 sold items from this different listings which they are mostly software serial keys + PDF/eBook file, I can tell this person is not from the UK but the question is how he/she did this how he avoid the first suspension and get sells above the selling limits he definitely have a smart secret method to do this, if its allowed in this forum I can send you his profile here in comments or in private message to check yourself.

how do you know he had no first supension? maybe he did and listed everything afterwards

How is that possible when his account age was less than 48 hours?! are you saying that an eBay representative reinstate his account after he check his account manually and find out that his account is brand new created in only before 2 days and starting selling right away?!! I'm missing something here or what? doesn't should be eBay accounts old enough to start selling? like at least 2 weeks or 1 month and even after that many seller accounts will not avoid or survive the first suspension.
