Buyer requirements

Hi, My setting was block buyers who are currently winning or have bought 5 of my items in the last 10 days.
I changed it an hour ago but it still only allow buyer to buy 5 item maxium.
My question is how long it gonna take for the setting to effect?
Any answer will be appreciated.

I also estimate a day or two.

Your new settings have to be propagated through eBay's whole network.. which probably takes some time.

You might be better off asking this question on the eBay community forums, TBH.
