How are you paid with a bank account?

How exactly do you get paid with a bank account instead of PayPal? Would I receive funds on each transaction I sell? Or is it like amazon, I received weekly payments

You're paid in daily batch payments.

Any refunds are deducted from your daily dispersal.

Is this part of the managed payments? I just provide the routing and account number? Does the name need to match?

If you don’t have enough in your Available for payout or Pending funds to cover the full amount of a refund, we’ll charge your payout bank account or automatic payment method, depending on your preference, to cover the remaining amount. For example, if you issued a $100 refund to the buyer and you have a Pending funds balance of $80, we’ll charge your payout bank or automatic payment method for the remaining $20.

Maybe his bank but with my bank, I can only receive money. So what about banks that can only receive but not send?
