eBay Tracking Service Application

Anyone know how tracking services currently not available for selection are added into eBay? I have a few suppliers who ship with carriers not in the dropdown menu and I have to select "other." As a result, I am worried what might happen if a case it opened? Does anyone know the process for getting these carriers added into eBay?

Just share the link in the INR case, contact ebay and let them know. I think i did this some years ago when i dropshipped from China. They just want proof the item was actually delivered.

Do you remember the name of the carrier? You just gave them a link to your supplier website or the tracking service?
