Would this plan work to get back on
 

To be clear i dont sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff and i actually do plan on getting legit wholesale suppliers and etc

Lets say I found a friend would agree to basically be a proxy for ebay/pp.
-I will pay for and walk my friend thru this process...
-I create an LLC/ Corporation with only my friend on it
- I create a legit ebay and paypal account fully verify it

So I will have the:
-Articles of incorporation with name on it as matching the eBay/pp (they will as for it at some point)
-Ein Number
-Business Bank account
- copy of ID (or the understanding when they ask your friend will provide ID to help)

Lets say using legit suppliers or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice solution and run shop the right way but dont hold back. This way we trigger them to ask for the ID and invoices, certificate of incorpation check. Then add myself to the cooperation and remove my friend from the corp/llc

thats legal just like someone sold a company..

eBay and Paypal +EIN will all match the account # EBAY OR PAYPAL WOULD NEVER KNOW I EXIST. Right? ofcourse new if address blah blah blah. help me out guys...

Why would you want to do this through your friend when you can do this yourself?

Do it myself in my name? .... this is a site dedicated to ppl who cant use there own identity right?
You need a real identity to get it fully in a biz u control . amz send tax forms right so If I buy an account that ein number wont match.

I cannot say for the US but in the UK the banks and Inland Revenue are informed if this happens. Your plan sounds fine but I would try to find out who would be informed of the name change first - cannot help further than that I'm afraid

but how many time you would be abble to do the process again except if you want to work with only 2 accounts or 1 ! rather stealths
