eBay account restricted counterfeit item policy
 

Hi guys so eBay emailed me today in regards to an account restriction as I have counterfeit items I want to call them tommorow to remove the restriction because the buyers that bought the item haven’t revived it yet so the person who has reported it isn’t a buyer just some random guy ? Anything I can do or say

That's a strong accusation - you have proof that your items aren't counterfeit?

If you can't provide proof such as supplier invoices that your items are authentic I don't think you will be able to unblock your account .

Did u sell a lot of items you might need to make some invoice. Also do a Google search for invoice then u have to edit them. Or buy that 1 item in the store if u are able to and show a big ticket store invoice .

Some random guy reporting you alone wouldn't get you suspended,if that was the case their would be a lot of suspensions as rival sellers would have a field day. ;). are you sure it wasn't the company who makes the item you are selling who contacted ebay?.

In fact noone cares. They said it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ so it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Beter make a new acc. THis happened to me few times and it is absolultey pointless to argue with them

eBay doesn't care. If you don't give them what they want, then they won't help you. Their staff are trained to follow rules, and if they don't get what they want, then they won't help you.

everyone can report every other listing as counterfeit and you dont even need to buy it lol. So if you have a competitor who is evil he can just run his 100+ buyer account against your listings and ebay dont care!

You act as if ebay wouldn't notice that... Unless he's just burning through 100+ stealth accounts. Which I highly doubt.
