My ebay quota was suddenly zeroed out

What is the general reason for this？

Usually means something is wrong with your account.

If you're referring to selling limits, that is.

My quota of late deliveries was also reset to zero, maybe it has something to do with the Coronavirus and the measures they took to protect sellers' metrics during the crisis?
