Permanently Suspended or a month ..

beginner question: How to if your account permanently suspended or not. Last time i got suspended but my account works after a month. But this time it's been over a month the account is still suspended.

Now my accounts shows "No longer registered user". It means permanently ? Because I don't remember the last time It was like this or not

It should say in the email if it's 'indefinitely' or time based.
This sounds like it's gone forever though.
