I have a Stubhub account that I have used before suspension. Can I still use? If I create a new one, can a Simon gift account be used?

I had bought several books on Ebay and Half that I have not received. Beside calling Ebay and since I cannot send email thru Ebay or Half, how do I communicate with these sellers? I also want to communicate with some of my buyers about delay in shipment. If I have to call the Ebay, does it matter the code I use along with the toll free # to call (i.e. can they link the code you use when you call with a new account)? I don't want to login to my suspended account to get a phone # and code to call them.

I verified Ebay with the phone forwarding. Is there any other time I have to use this service for Ebay or PP?
