VAT registration on eBay.de (germany)
 

Hi there,

I created a Business account on eBay.de with company information of a company in Estonia. I use this company like a proxy for my eBay account so it isn't connected to me (this company is a LLC, but it isn't VAT registrated in Estonia).

After a couple of weeks, eBay obligated me to upload a VAT certificate. I know the steps and documents that need to be filled out, including which Tax Office in Germany I need (I already got a contact person there).

But the question here is: How can I make sure that I am the one who is obligated to pay the taxes, without connecting any of my personal information to these forms? I don't want my personal information on the forms like Bank Acc. , address, name etc.

Does anyone here have some advice on this matter?

personally i conceder that message like the "welcome" message from ebay , can't help with it . i just ignore it .
