Crazy Buyer Story
 
Hi, there is a crazy Buyer that got the item I sold him and is telling me that the item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ threatening me to report to ebay if I don't send him a refund.

1- The item is real, I have receipts.
2- I told him if he doesn't like it to send it back to me and I will send him a refund, he doesn't want to "lose time sending the item back to me".

So basically he wants a free item, what I need to do? Report him to eBay?

why you think you pay ebay fees , call ebay costume service and let them find a solution

How much is the item worth?

If expensive, don't refund without receiving it back. You should be protected by eBay/Paypal here

50 euro, why I need to refund? If I don't get the item back with the original package it was sent I will not refund ****

Report his message to eBay and get him to open a case, he'll have no choice but to ship it back. When he opens the case, provide your proof of authenticity in that case and fight it.

I noticed that every time something like this happens to me is always people with old accounts and 1000+ feedbacks that tries to scam me. All feedbacks are for buying not selling
