Weird error I'm getting

Hey guys,
first thread on this forum!
Anyway, I use proxies on Multilogin to manage my accounts, and iv'e been getting this message over the last 4 days, any of you experienced with this issue and possible solutions?

The thing is every other website is still available, that includes Ebay UK\Germany, it's only Ebay.com that is problematic.

It could definitely be dead only for one site, since the ips dns couldn't be able to resolve the ip address of ebay.com.
It's not something you met with every day, but it can happen.
It can also take too long to resolve the ip address, eventually your ip address can be blocked.

Your IP address is blocked, each eBay domain has its own server configuration and these servers replicate after some time, so it's a question of time until you'll get yourself blocked from other domains.
