ebay.de Ebay not fixed the Problem
 

Ebay Europe have the last Days a Problem and ebay has no time or no idea for
fixed this.
The Problem ist this: I have allready open this Account with no Problem and later I want sell. The the SMS verify come and this Time I recieve the Code.
when I make this Ebay write cannot verify my Account.For this cannot open a new Account this Time. Please tell me: what you thig what Time Ebay fix this?
with my Computer have nothing Problems then my old Accounts work on my VM.
this come from Ebay not from me. I sell this Time 8 Years on Ebay, and make all my Accounts alone.

The issue is indeed your phone number, you need to use real sim cards from same country as you are (or radius).

They also have a problem with regards to pictures, the main photo of the listing is not showing up in search, but rather photo #6 or 7. It is very disturbing as this lowers the clickrate big time.
