Has anyone tried this to avoid linking eBay to paypal

My eBay acc got suspended, appeal went unsuccessfully.
I noticed they asked for my pp email before telling I'm indefinitely suspended

Use same PayPal, add another email to the PayPal and add it to the payment option on another stealth eBay account?

Creating a new pp acc is time consuming building up sales so I feel like I can resume my selling pretty quickly

you know you have a ID Merchant in your paypal account right ? it can't be changed even if you add or remove an email

When one of your accounts will get suspended, your PayPal merchant ID will get blacklisted and may suspend your other accounts. I don't recommend linking more than 3 different eBay accounts to the same PayPal account.
Eventually if you remove/change the email, the ID is unique (but you can close and re-open your PayPal using same details and your ID will be different).
