One time payment error
 

Hi,

I was trying to pay my fees so I can list again after I reached my maximum account balance limit, but when I try to play I receive an error of "We ran into a problem. Please try again later.".

I tried the support but the ebay teammate could not give me a good answer but to wait until the end of the month.

Did anyone face this issue and know how to sort it out?

I paid ebay fees with vanilla gift card couple days ago, and had no issues.

I have the same error, since June 8 I have been trying to pay from different cards. the error does not disappear. support service does not give an answer. says that they know about it and have to wait.

This... try this. I've had no issues using this method myself whenever they gave me this nonsense error

I had a problem with vanilla visa I could not add a zipcode on there site so what I did to bypass this was just update the card that is onfile.

Are you trying to pay with PayPal through a RDC/VPN? I had the same issue when tried to do that. have been forced to pay with my own CC.
I think there is some defense system within PayPal because they recognize the IP as malicious and don't let you do it too often.
also, it might be because your account is new and not verified.

the fact is that ebay does not require payment using paypal. It requires a one-time payment by card !!! in this case, you cannot make a payment using Paypal! only map! they want to see any way by which to withdraw their money! and I’m very sure that a vanilla card will not help! I think that they deliberately gently limited the work of the account. I have a new account since March 13. I just raised the limit to 30 items. after the sum of ebay fees exceeded $ 15, I was limited to listing, it shows an error with the requirements to make a one-time payment. I proceed to make a payment: an error has occurred. try later. this is a real problem. someone can help solve it.
