Help with Managed Payments
 

Dear Friends!
I need your help with this new Managed Payments. Most of you are in the US and I'm sure you can help.
Since this change is going to happen within 1 month I'm looking for somebody to do the following:

Option 1: Who can set up a bank account under the data I provide (name, ssn, address, etc.)?
Option 2: Who can set up a bank account under his own/someone's data or under a person who wants to receive % of all the money flow (not a lot but permanent) on the account doing nothing but setting up, verification and keeping that account update and alive?
Option 3: Who can help with an advice of which options I have opening bank account by myself (something like online virtual bank acct.)?

My ebay account is a very good standing one and it would be a tragedy to ruin it with this new ayden requirement!

First of - this change will only impact those who got 'invited' to register for it. Did you get such an email? if not this is not an issue for you at this point.
option 1 - not an option. One cannot just open bogus bank accounts in the US.
Option 2 - I highly doubt anyone will agree to such an arrangement with you and even if one did - could you realy trust a stranger with your money? I know I wouldn't. Also, the name of this person would be different from the name on the ebay account so it wouldn't work anyway - not to mention you still havnt gotten around the SSN requirement.
Option 3 - Noone can assist you with this cause there isn't anything that can be done in the way that youre thinking.
Bottom line - not enough info yet on how this will all turn out and develop so youll need to wait along with the rest of us to find out.

Any ideas why not all users been invited to sign up for managed payments?I have few accounts and not all got this invitation.

From all I gathered they are currently only inviting the heavier and more established sellers.
I can only guess the system is still in Beta and they need to slowly gear it up by introducing more and more members to it.

Thank you. This makes sense.
In the past I used 2 account made in my friend`s real name.
Both accounts got invited to register for MP. I guess if I register one of them I`d have to abandon the other one since it would be identical info?
And for other stealth accounts I don`t have SSN to provide..means I will be losing those? Is there any way to save them?

Anyone have updates how to get around adding banking details to mp as when i try to update info it says zip code not valid?? Symone should know. and my address is false as most know. how to fix

For this can you use your UK paypal account ? I think you can. try it.

There is no legal solution, unless you're an American resident and can create managed payments under your name during the transition to managed payments. Using stealth information won't work, and SSN must match the account once its converted over.
