Ebay MC011

My eBay account is restricted(mc011)My question is if i can use my wife’s ebay old account with my old paypal?
My paypal was limited 2 times and after i provide them all that they ask, they unlimited my account. The last limitation was for like 3 weeks. Now my paypal unlimited and i want to get back to business.

Wouldn't eBays system pick this up? Using the same PayPal Account on a different ebay account?
