Account got suspended after adding VCC

I got message from ebay as soon as I added VCC to my new account .

From where did you get the VCC? Is there a balance on it?

Market place . Not sure if forums market place seller add funds in it .

Ebay suspends the account few min after I make it and than in account settings it displays above message about nit having enough money.

Do you use a bin?? and can you please tell me if it is okay when logging in from an account to another just by changing the IP addresses by restarting the router, or we need to change the router mac address too.

This is 2nd account suspended minutes after it was made . I feel same it does not recognise vcc . I just entered number expiration and cvv it added perfectly, but after few min it would block account or suspend . Cannot figure out whats the issue. Maybe its expecting more balance .

I know we are not suppose to enter actual debit card but I feel I need to add something other than vcc

also, happened to me.

3-4 US accounts suspended in 2-3 minutes ( for about 2-3 weeks)

I tried it from VPS/Rem-Desk, accounts also suspended.
It seems like ebay is checking SSNs at the goverment records.
(As if noticing generated-SSN for stealth accounts)

Maybe they are just making changes to the systems and the system has not yet become stable.

I am pretty sure something is going on . I will test again . Its not my method but its just ebay bots.

I think it has issue with vcc because it happens as soon as I add vcc to ebay

I didnt log in . I was in process of making new account and as soon as I made it and added vcc it suspended me .
