having a business account on a parents account
 

Hi, I am a bit confused and would like some help please! I got suspended and then banned from Ebay about 6 years ago but a few months ago my mum gave me her account (she had 2) so I have been using that since with her PayPal (but my bank account). Everything is going fine on it but I would like to eventually turn it into a business account, is there any way I can do this at all without anything coming back on my mum? I want to pay taxes and anything owed but with the account in her name i'm not sure if I could do that? If someone could help that would be great.
