suspending when connecting to api

hello friends.
im having problem when im trying to connect my accounts to an api monitor.
once im connecting the account after several mins im getting suspended.
i tried to speak with ebay but thy said this is permanently suspension.
the accounts are brand new business accounts.
what should i do to make the things works?
i have friend that do that and not getting any suspension, what im making wrong? please help me :(((

I'm one of those that does everything manually. Takes more time but I eliminate
as much risk as possible.

Have you ever thought of not using an API and see if your accounts stick?

if its causing you a problem, i would stop using it. just because it works for 1 person doesn't mean your setup is the exact same

when im doing manually the account not get suspended, but once im using api monitor the account get suspended.
how much time should i wait until i be able to list items from an api monitor?
because i can see people that can list for an api monitor right away after they open the account...

Then you maybe you shouldn't be using the API monitor.

It seems proof enough that it's the cause.

this problem happen not onlly with the api monitor.
even if i list manually item location different from the address that i have signed up with the account get suspended.
i mean, my location is not usa but the products sent from the usa,so the item location have to be from usa, but if i change it to usa the account get suspended after 30 min max.
any idea?
