eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Missing money after sale on Ebay

I had a small sale on my stealth account about $10 . The order is shipped ,but in ebay when I click to see view transaction in paypal . It says PAGE NOT FOUND, and PP acitivity shows nothing too. Can payment go missing ?

Buyer paid and I do not have any email or notification regarding sale. I shipped and entered the tracking info still paypal shows no trace of any payment .

Address is correct maybe there is issue there . Otherwise it never happened before

Paypal does have some glitches, does your balance reflect the $10? If not you can try to contact paypal and see what happened

No I am
Trying to talk to ebay and paypal . I was not able to find the transaction . But, it reflects (Ebay) $10 being earned and their js no history on Pp. looks like its a glitch.
I was not lucky to to talk to ebay guy to ask what happened.

On ebay it does . Should I ask PP OR ebay?

dublecheck if you typed the email correct in ebay. you can "relist" the listing and before you confirm it you will see the paypaladress you used. note that 123@gmail.com is not the same as 123@googlemail.com for example so check if it is exactly the same email.

Also check if you confirmed the email in paypal.

If both things are ok try ask a friend to send you few cents and if you can receive the money.
