Not true for most. I have not been invited on any of my accounts. It's still just affecting a percentage of Ebay sellers. Even though it has been "rolling out " here in the US for nearly two years, most sellers here still use PayPal. That'll change someday, but at the snails pace Ebay is moving on this, I wouldn't worry too much short term.
