You could create the account on the israel ebay platform then log onto the .ca or .uk platform and list - an option to consider

there is no israel ebay site, so this is not an option...
i have aproblem that once i create the account after the first listing they suspend the account and there is no option to lift the account any more.
i tried on any site and yeah i have did all the stealth instractions but i have no idea why this is happening..
i even tried with real details phone and credit card but still the same result..
any one have an idea how to solve this?
