First Attempt a Stealth Failed - Please Help / Questions
 

Hello. I tried to use my Mom's old account which hadn't been used in years (she's deceased). I used an IPBurger Fresh Dedicated address, but somehow it still connected her account to mine immediately after I clicked 'create listing' and then Mom's account was also indefinitely suspended. Not a big deal as my Mom is not going to ever use her eBay account (she's deceased), but I have some questions:

1.) Is my Mom's old physical address now forever linked to my banned account?
2.) I was using a Tracfone to verify. I assume I need to change that number too, right?
3.) Since I'll be starting from scratch, am I right that I need to switch from a dedicated fresh address on IP Burger to a residential address?

We would need some more info.

Just changing IP alone is not enough.
You should use a different PC and different address ideally.
Phone number, bank account as well.
