Does the ebook talk about methods to get new (not real) identities and how to pass the proof test?

can I open a new bank account for example from the capital one bank from Israel (With ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address)?

Yes you can , because the book teaches you best practice and how to not get limited, it doesn't matter which country you reside, OPSEC rules are everywhere same practices tbh only tools/country resources are different imho

Book has some basics + reading topics around the forum helps + some of your own testing may help.

I don't think you can open a Capital one bank from Israel - very tough to open usa-based bank-backed us accounts overseas without SSN

You can learn 99% of things from the forum.

All the small details and etc. won't be mentioned probably in any guide.

Basic stealth:
1. New, fresh PC/machine;
2. Fresh I.P.;
3. Fresh CC, address and other credentials.

Rinse and repeat.
