How many sales do I need in order to get sponsored listings

"Promoted Listings is available to all sellers in good standing with recent sales activity."

I don't there is an exact number for all. They probably consider multiple things when algo let's you promote.

Afaik, it counts in feedback, sales/30 days and sales through rate.
You need selling history, that means it'll take some time, usually 30days after last sale that's enough for them.

10 with positive feedback should be enough for sure.
