Sim card IP marked?
 

I have always used my home internet to manage several accounts in the same computer without any linkage, but lately, I started using my sim card internet, it gives me an ip that always has the same numbers at the beginning and only the last numbers change. I started to suspend accounts one after another and they didn't reestablish me, when before it wasn't like that. I made several tests and I begin to think that it is the ip of my telephone operator. Is this possible? Maybe because the ip's are all so similar, plus my computer footprint and maybe there aren't many people on ebay using the phone operator I use, can ebay create a unique profile of me and link me?

Do you use each account in different user account on your computer? Just trying to clarify

Yes it is. Each account has a user on the pc. I haven't really changed anything from the method I used until just a few days ago and it worked for me. I just changed the internet. And now no account is reestablished on the first suspension
