Not able to Withdraw money from Pay PAl
 

Hello,
my Pay Pal is limited .They hold my money for 180 days and a month ago received message that the money are free for withdraw.
Unfortunately when choose where to send the money to my visa card the system gives error every time I try to do it .
I decided to add bank account and every time I do it , the system show me message , cannot proceed yoru request right now , try later .
I have sent maybe 20 messages to Help center and never received any response , just automatic messages .
IN this way I don't see a way to get my money .
What to do , please ?

Might have to attempt a call for agent assistance. Hopefully, you won't get too much of a hassle

There are no active phone number to call them . The only way is sending messages, but nobody answer it .

Ye s, I did. I cleared all flash and cookies first ,then tried thru different browser .

try another browser, delete cookies. Also you can try to withdraw via mobile app.
