Will this trigger an MC011?

Account metrics are all well except for "Item not received" quote, it is showing very high at 1,7%.

The account is 2 years old, top rated seller and sold a total of 120,00$

What do you think?

I do not think you have any thing to worry about with that percentage, more so if you accept returns for any reason. Also if the returns were not made for one item it is fine.
