Automated message after purchase

Hi to everyone! I'm looking to send Auto message to buyers after purchase. Is there any chance to do it for few listing different messages.

Soon as I know Ebay let you send one message to all buyers.

Is there any change to do it without Manager Pro which costs 4.99 per month?
