You need a different VCC for each account. Using the same one will get them all linked.

Do I need to change the adresses on my revolut cards to match the stealth accounts when paying the fees? To link the VCC cards you need to change the adress on the revolut app to match the ebay/paypal adress but whenever i buy a new revolut card i have to change the adress to match the new stealth account.

Do i have to keep changing the adresses everytime im going to pay?

I link revolut cards to my ebay accounts and never change the address on anything

No need to change anything. Just issue yourself and new VCC and that's it.

Yes but paypal does need the VCC card to match the adress on the paypal account and on the revolut account thats why...

If you are only paying fees with the VCC then add it to ebay only :)

I also add it to paypal to unlift the limits tho... ah nvm.... i guess ill just test it and try...

Why can’t you re use a bank account? I thought PayPal didn’t see the bank account info.

Correct me if I’m wrong but re using a bank account doesn’t get you linked, the problems arise due to mismatched payments. Even that is variable depending on bank and can be overcome with a business account?

Where can i find revolut VCC ? Should i verify my pp account by VCC or both of eb and pp account ?

If you use the same bank account across paypal accounts (meaning that you somehow get past the PP message saying that the bank account has been used on another account...), the accounts would be linked via the bank digits identified.
