Using Existing PayPal account with new stealth ebay
 

My old eBay account has restricted. Now I Have created a new stealth account according to the guide. My question is can I link my existing PayPal account (already linked with restricted account, but this PayPal account is not limited) by changing PayPal account email to new one?
Creating a new PayPal stealth account is not a problem to me. I just want to keep all my transactions in one place.
Again - my eBay account has restricted but PayPal is not limited.

I suggest you start by reading the stealth guide.

From your question it seems you don't quite understand the concept of stealth just yet.

Just add a fresh email address to paypal and you should be right.

You can link it -- but it's an additional risk.
So up to you if you wanna risk it.

If I were you, I would create a new Paypal account, you start from scratch, why do you need additional risks?)
