Wow-how?

I'm looking at a seller who has been a member since March 24, 2020 and has 14 positive feedback 0 neutral and 0 negative and they currently have 5767 items for sale. how?

does he have a store?
if he has a legit business,like an ongoing brick and mortar store,not too difficult.
