Should I buy ebay stealth twice?

Years ago I purchased ebay stealth. Has it been updated enough to warrant buying an up to date version or should I simply stick with the one I have?

Also can I buy as a one off payment rather than pay a monthly subscription?

If you have purchased the guide already, you can learn a lot by reading around current topics in the forum without a re-buy

what you need exactly? no need to spend money for the book, all you need is:

new portable browser
new phone number
new paypal
new fresh ip

thats all you need.
