How can I get a suspension and have eBay ask me for an ID?
or how can I update an ID somehow to increase the strength of the accounts?
eBay suspends my account forever, I cannot reinstate (recent activities or counterfeit).
I wanna start using them after first suspension is lifted...

It doesn't work that way.
You cant just get suspended and expect ebay to ask you for specific items. And if you get suspended once and provide said items you cannot expect that to magically provide you with an immunity for the future.

A year ago, after listing the first item eBay has asked to confirm the identity and referred to a link to upload some documents.
Today eBay suspends indefinitely, even counterfeit.. no more warning, indefinitely!
So how do people lift first suspension if eBay never reinstate these accounts?
Whenever this happens, it's because of something during the creation of the account or the item that you listed.
If you do this correctly, 9 out of 10 you'll never get a suspension or even a soft suspension even.
Nowadays I found that a VPN from a bad provider is what triggers the first suspension.
So I changed to IPBurgerResidential IP 4 months ago and never looked back since.
