How long should I wait to start dropshipping?

Lets say I purchase a stealth business account, it comes with a decent selling limit of 3500 to 10,000 and with a small amount of feedback and perhaps 1 or 2 items already sold. How long should I wait to start dropshipping through tools like Shopmaster or DSTitans?
