Need direct contact point for eBay Customer Service

Hello,

First post here.

Does anyone have a direct contact point for eBay Customer Service? I'm looking for a Manager or top level supervisor.

Sadly, eBay is not taking phone calls (866.540.3229) or returning calls.

I haven't called them for a month, but the last time I called either I get put on hold for 1 hour or I got no response at all.

They are all working from home and under staffed from what I know
