Buying on Ebay/Open case on PayPal after receiving goods
 

I'm selling the game keys and in the last few months I'm getting this issue...

I'm sending code to the person via message and after couple weeks buyer opening case on PayPal for unauthorised purchase.

Currently I've got few case on PayPal and they are still under review

How to deal with that because I'm losing money, fees, time

some sellers will mail them something with tracking,Paypal seller protection for UA is that seller must show proof he has shipped to the given address,not necessary received

Sorry but your kind of business will always attract trouble.
Sending out tracked envelopes will cost you less that £1 per customer but it would at best serve as a deterrent to some buyers.
A determined buyer would know exactly how to circumvent that.

The problem is I'm selling Digital items so I'm not posting them by post. So in this case how I can proof to PayPal what I provided service?

Sadly, you can literally only do what Pandoras_box has indicated. Digital sales are always problematic

Same as my cases they are under review for a long time. If they will decide not to my favour I will lost hundred of dollars

Buyers of game keys and illegal software know they will get their money back, they know you will not push too hard of your accounts will be closed. I've never paid for any software or keys in my life - just like you.

Don't see it as losing money, see it as part of the problem of illegal trading. See it as a glass half full not half empty, what you have made is a lot of money you shouldn't have.

you can mark it shipped ,but it does not mean buyer cant file INR,since there is no tracking.
hope you make enough to take some hits ,if not ,then find something else to sell or insist on non electronic payments if allowed
