Ditch accounts with negative feedback?

So a couple of my accounts have recevied a negative feedback for either (not happy with product) or just douchebags complaning about the shipping time, do i just ditch them and make new ones? they are -1 which means i cant sell until i get it to 0 or something....

what do you guys do with negative accounts?
