Vanilla Visa

Do Vanilla Visa cards or Green Dots verify Paypal accounts or are they blacklisted? Also do they get flagged easier than other VCCs?

I prefer to using vcc as long as it's the right kind of vcc.

Vanilla works well as well still

I find is much simpler and more convenient to work with the VCC sellers of the forum.
Maybe check them out.

In the USA? No - only withdrawal to bank account (SSN verified excluded)
