Hi,

Today buy a cellphone of at@t. I can use the internet of the telephone, how hotspot and can create one account or various ebay stealth account per cellphone? :help:

Have you tried using Ipburger? It is easier than hotspotting

If you really want to try hotspotting, then yes, it can change its IP and you can make more than 1 account

@OP, you can use the cellphone as a mobile tethering device for IP

I personally just stick to my residential IP.

I do have a cell phone and when I check the IP changes it keeps rotating to the same IP very frequently. I'm super paranoid so I'd rather be safe than sorry
