So I bought the stealth book and absolutely cannot figure out how to make a stealth friendly VCC to verify Paypal.
I'm using new phones with fresh SiM cards, phone numbers, and data plans for the IP.
I've tried Privacy and Revolut so I don't know if im missing something or just stupid but I have some questions to maybe help me figure out.

1.) Is Paypal able to check the billing address on a card? And if so, can they link accounts using the billing address?

2.) Where can I make a VCC with customizable billing addresses and zip code?

3.) Do I have to have seperate bank accounts for every VCC that I make?

If you can help me or give me an in-depth rundown

Yes, they can match addresses

See the marketplace for plenty of VCC sellers

3.) Do I have to have seperate bank accounts for every VCC that I make?

Each paypal requires a new bank

1. Paypal cannot verify the billing address, but they can verify the numerical portion of the address, ONLY if the vcc issuing bank supports AVS (address verification).

AVS is only available in US, UK and some other countries. So if you use a VCC from a bank that does not support AVS, then PayPal does not have the ability to do an address verification.
