Seller who use Fedex Ground

Just want to let you know guys fedex ground is hot mess right now. I was talking trace department and the guy told me to stay away from Ground. Express seemsto be fine. FedEx Ground has been getting a lot of complaints as the guy at FedEx told me due to staffing issues and covid19 situation.

So if you do plan to send it through Fedex Ground make sure you put a signature.
