hello everyone
i will be appreciated to anyone can explain to me why all people tell if you want to create ebay stealth account use Different USER in my computer, everytime you i need new account i must create new user in my compture can anyone expliane to me what is the avantage and why i should do new user

Just use a virtual machine such as vmware or order another laptop and put like 4 user accounts on it.

The main reason for it if if you have a previous suspended account, it would be less likely to be linked to your new account/s.

As Speeder33 posted above, it keeps your cookies apart.

If you share cookies across eBay / PayPal accounts, those accounts become linked.
If one of your linked accounts goes down, the rest may follow.

There is a way to have multiple eBay / Paypal accounts under one windows user - but you really have to know what you're doing before you attempt this. See this thread if you wish to know how.

You might have to do your own experiments with this service - proxies can be pretty easily detected by PP leading to problems.
